First of all, let me introduce myself- my name is Chelsy Lueth. I am a student at Kansas State University studying Digital Journalism with an emphasis in Anthropology.
Looking at this upcoming school year I have decided that I need to begin to think about working on projects that interest me during the course of this school year. And so this blog is birthed.
This next year I have decided to begin a blog with the intention of documenting the food and cooking styles of Kansans in 2011. There are dozens of 'Mom and Pop' restaurants that are the sole establishment left in their town, and so many zany restaurants that are waiting to be explored that are within an hour drive of Manhattan.
Follow me each week beginning August 22, 2011 to experience a different restaurant within an hour drive of Manhattan, Kansas.
